Terms & Conditions

SPA POLICIES

  • We strive to give you our very best in order to enhance your spa experience with us. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you, and create a harmonious environment where our therapists can focus on your needs.
  • We know you will have a pleasant experience with us as we strive to exceed your expectations!
  • Guests shall be responsible for any damage of property or personal injury caused by their misuse of the facility equipment or personnel by themselves, their family members or guests.
  • guests should seek instructions on how to use all equipment at the facility.
  • Guests should be fully aware of their responsibility in disclosing any medical or health conditions that are to prevent them from using the facility.
  • Sapta Spa is not responsible and will not be held liable for the disappearance, loss or theft of or damage of personal property, including money, or other valuable belongings.
  • Sapta Spa reserves the right to modify, eliminate and add to their facilities from time to time.
  • It is anticipated that, on occasions, parts of the Spa or the entire facility may be temporarily unavailable to members while repairs, renovations or special events take place. Management will make every effort to minimize any disruption during these periods and whenever possible will schedule any work after Spa working hours. At the event of such happenings, Sapta Spa will not provide any monetary or non-monetary compensation to members or guests.
  • Sapta Spa will announce operating hours and reserves the right to change them as seen appropriate.
  • Any sexual behaviour, advances or comments made will result in immediate termination of service and the membership. In this case the membership stands to be cancelled and no refund or compensation would we provided by Sapta Spa Management.

FIRST VISIT

  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow ample time to check in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will make us cancel your appointment and give the time for the other guest who is waiting for it.

LATE POLICY

  • If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests as treatments and are charged at full value.
  • Appointments missed by 10 minutes or more are cancelled with a 100% spa credit, which is yours to use for your rescheduled future reservation. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced with no cash reimbursement.

PAYMENTS & GRATUITY

  • We accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa as payment.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

  • Please notify our Spa Consultant before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.

AGE REQUIREMENT

  • Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.

QUIET ENVIRONMENT

  • As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation.
  • Cell phones and pagers must be turned off when entering the spa.

GIFT CERTIFICATES (SEE ALSO TERMS & CONDITIONS)

  1. The Gift Card is redeemable for the services at Sapta Spa
  2. The gift card holds no value until activated with a minimum amount of Rs. 500/-.
  3. There is no extra fee to obtain this card.
  4. Gift card is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
  5. We request you to confirm your appointment in advance as per your convenience.
  6. Appointment would be allocated as per availability.
  7. You may avail the benefits in multiple sitting.
  8. Gift Card once expired cannot be renewed or reactivated. No refund or compensation of any type would be provided in this case.
  9. Cancellation of gift card will result in no monetary refund under any circumstances.
  10. Any sexual behavior, advances or comments made will result in immediate termination of service and the
  11. membership. In this case the membership stands to be cancelled and no refund or compensation would we provided by Sapta Spa Management.

MEMBERSHIPS (SEE ALSO TERMS & CONDITIONS)*

  • These terms and conditions are incorporated into the agreement between the Member and Management shall be applicable to all Saptaspa Memberships.

Membership Card.

  1. Upon approval of each application, the Member will be issued with a Membership Card.
  2. The Membership Card shall remain the sole property of the Management at all times.
  3. The Membership Card will be delivered to the Member by post or by such other means specified by the Management.
  4. Any loss of Membership Card must be reported to the Management in writing (email) within twenty-four (24) hours. The failure by any Member to comply with the reporting procedures Management will not be responsible for the balance used.
  5. A fee of Rs.100/- is chargeable for the replacement of any lost Membership Card.
  6. Membership Cards will display Expiration date.Membership Rights & Privileges.
  7. The Membership Card will entitle the Member to Privileges as and when prescribed by the Management under the Membership benefits.
  8. Members can use the membership card for all the services of Saptaspa.
  9. Your membership cannot be used to purchase the gift cards.
  10. We request you to confirm your appointment in advance as per your convenience
  11. Appointment would be allocated as per availability.
  12. You may renew the membership any time before the expiration date.
  13. Membership once expired cannot be renewed or reactivated. No refund or compensation of any type would be provided in this case.
  14. Payment MUST be done in full upon finalizing the membership process.
  15. Membership freezing service can only be realized upon approval of the Spa management via a written agreement.
  16. Members and their guests should seek instructions on how to use all equipment at the facility.Membership Responsibility (Health).
  17. Members should be fully aware of their responsibility in disclosing any medical or health conditions that are to prevent them from using the facility.
  18. Please notify our Spa Consultant before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your wellbeing in mind. Termination of Membership
  19. Sapta Spa reserves the right to cancel the membership or deny extension of a membership based on management reasonable judgment in case the member has consistently failed to oblige to the rules and regulations or has otherwise behaved in a manner contrary to the best interest of the Spa or Spa members. In this case, no monetary refund will be provided. The Management reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse entry, remove any Member including his Guests or to terminate the Membership of the Member who in the opinion of the Management:
    • commits any criminal offence on the Spa Facility premises;
    • displays unbecoming or uncivil behavior within the Spa Facility premises;
    • fails to observe or comply with any terms, conditions, rules and regulations of the Membership and/or Spa Facility;
    • acts in any manner that is abusive or offensive to the employees of the Spa Facility or towards other Members and/or Guests;
    • Members shall be responsible for any damage of property or personal injury caused by their misuse of the facility equipment or personnel by themselves, their family members or guests.
    • Any sexual behavior, advances or comments made will result in immediate termination of service and the membership. In this case the membership stands to be cancelled and no refund or compensation would we provided by Sapta Spa Management
  20. Cancellation of membership will result in no monetary refund under any circumstances.Other Terms.
  21. Sapta Spa is not responsible and will not be held liable for the disappearance, loss or theft of or damage of personal property, including money, or other valuable belongings.

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE

  • We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

VISITORS

  • We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment area of the spa including those complying with our age restriction policy. All non-clients must remain in the waiting lounge.

CLIENTS’ RIGHT TO KNOW

  • We strive to exceed our clients’ needs. We believe that advising our clients of the products best suited for them is as essential as the service we perform. Therefore, our clients’ right to know policy advises each client on the products and techniques best suited for the client to maximize the benefits of their service.

ATTIRE

  • The Spa is a public and coed space. Proper attire is to be worn at all times. Proper attire includes bathing suits or a towel around the waist or chest. Nudity is not permitted anywhere in the facilities. Bathing suits are for sale in the lobby of the hotel if needed. Towels, robes, and disposable flip flops are provided for your stay at the spa

THERAPISTS

  • While we will make every effort to meet your requests, we cannot guarantee a specific therapist or gender. All therapists are trained in both treatment and draping protocols to ensure your comfort at all times.
